Por que o amor não faz numa linha reta?
Por que as pessoas que se amam ou as que amamos,
Não vêm sempre em nossa direção?
Ou não caminham sempre ao nosso lado?
Por que o amor parece, às vezes caminhar na contra-mão?
Talvez porque amar seja viver uma aventura cheia de surpresas.
E se o caminhos fosse fácil ou pré-determinado,
Tipo em linha reta ou lado a lado, o tempo todo.
Não poderíamos chamar este sentimento de amor.
Porque o amor se desenvolve sempre numa dinâmica
Onde há uma certa medida de alegria e dor.
Mas mesmo sabendo disto todos queremos
Trilhar os estranhos caminhos do amor.
Eu quero o amor, amar e ser amada
E experimentar todos os sentimentos que se mescam ato de amar.
