Estava em um canto do meu quarto
Chorando a falta que sinto de você.
Então, fiz do meu pranto uma oração a Deus
Pedido a Ele um milagre.
Fiz do meu estado de tristeza,
Uma longa caminhada
Até o encontro de nossos
Momentos de felicidade.
Cheguei até a pracinha da cidade,
Aquela que você mais gosta,
Cheia de pombos e pássaros.
Lá fiquei sentada em um banco
Lembrando dos nossos momentos.
Lembrei do dia
Que lá estávamos sentados e abraçados,
E o meu cabelo você acariciava.
Nesta lembrança aumentou a saudade.
De repente, a lembrança se foi e ao quarto voltei.
E um milagre aconteceu
Quando fui à frente do espelho
Os passarinhos que você mais gosta
Apareceram como presilhas em meu cabelo
Para que eu nunca mais esquecesse
Dos nossos momentos e dos carinhos seus.
