Gosto de escutar o barulho de água.
Observar o curso dos rios;
De ficar namorando o mar
E dançar ao som de suas ondas...
Quando vou meditar o primeiro
Barulho que vem em mente
Para ajudar na concentração
É barulho de água caindo
Em forma de cachoeira,
Que fica serpenteando
Por entre pedras
Enfrentando pequenas quedas d’água.
E para ajudar neste processo sempre imagino
Um leve barquinho de papel
Sendo carregado pelas águas
Indo em direção de um futuro desconhecido,
Movimentando-se e sendo levado
Isto me faz infinitamente, mais leve...
Quero ser um barquinho de papel
Levada por caminhos desconhecidos
Ao som do barulho das águas
